fix: Aktionsleiste mittig unten verankert, Control füllt ganzen Bildschirm

Browse source 
- Control: anchors_preset=15 (FULL_RECT) statt fester Größe 40x40
- ActionBar: Anker auf (0.5, 1.0) — Mitte unten, unabhängig von Auflösung
